Senior Partner Success Manager

Location: Remote

Department: Direct Clients - Customer Success

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Success Manager to champion strategic partnerships and guide our clients through every stage of their growth journey. You will work hand-in-hand with the SVP of Customer Strategy to own key accounts, validate execution of strategies by internal operations teams, lead partner engagement, identify revenue opportunities, and shape the future of our partner success strategy.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer success and strategic account management and thrives in a high-growth, regulated industry environment. This person also understands the nuances of the digital marketing landscape for digital Programmatic Display advertising, SEM, and SEO. Regulated industry experience preferred. Experience in the cannabis space is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value partners across dispensaries, brands, and multi-state operators.
  • Champion client success by delivering consistent value, resolving issues quickly, and guiding partners through campaign lifecycles and business decisions.
  • Lead onboarding for new accounts, ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to success and a strong foundation for growth.
  • Build long-term, consultative relationships that align MediaJel’s capabilities with client business goals.

Product Expertise & Adoption:

  • Stay deeply informed on MediaJel’s product roadmap, data tools, compliance features, and advertising technologies.
  • Educate clients on platform capabilities, analytics dashboards, and marketing performance benchmarks.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and help prioritize enhancements that drive usability and value.

Strategic Growth & Revenue Development:

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored growth plans for each client, aligned with their marketing KPIs and business milestones.
  • Drive adoption of dashboard, strategic investment in programmatic advertising, audience segmentation tools, and campaign monitoring and improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, media ops, compliance, engineering, and creative teams to support client goals and deliver consistent value.
  • Contribute partner insights to go-to-market planning, product positioning, and messaging strategies.
  • Take a leadership role in special projects that enhance the customer experience and drive retention.

Reporting, Analytics & Customer Health:

  • Use MediaJel’s analytics and reporting tools to monitor customer health, campaign effectiveness, and key performance metrics.
  • Generate and deliver regular reports, highlighting impact, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending optimization strategies.
  • Share data-driven feedback with leadership to guide strategic decision-making and product prioritization.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in partner success, account management, customer strategy, or business development—preferably in SaaS, ad tech, or marketing.
  • Proven success managing strategic accounts and driving measurable business growth.
  • Experience in the cannabis industry or other regulated markets is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, campaign analytics, and programmatic advertising.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ad platforms, and reporting tools (e.g., DSPs, Google Ads, GA4, GSC, GTM).
  • Strong organization skills with fluency in PM tools (e.g. Asana, Coda)
  • Experience with custom tag integration is a plus.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the SVP of Customer Strategy and will collaborate closely with leaders across Media Operations, Engineering, and Media Strategy.
